Curtis was professional and did excellent work. In reviewing once done I pointed out some lichen on first edge of our metal roof. He said no problem as he said he wanted to touch up a few final areas.

The curb appeal has made a huge improvement to the property and I'm fully satisfied with the work!

Jake cleaned our porch concrete slab and railing this morning, providing exemplary service: The pressure-washing was done to an excellent standard, and he was punctual, polite and professional in his manner. Jake even restored our white railing (surrounding the porch) to look like new (it's 25 years old): No more green stains from the algae!

The aspect of Jake's professionalism that impressed me the most was his response to a question I had about the railing being included in the job description (I thought it was included, but this aspect was not clearly enough articulated in the work order Jake was given). Without hesitation, Jake hand-cleaned every spindle and other components of the railing, which took a considerable amount of time and effort. He was on a mission to ensure that I would be 100% satisfied, and he earned an A+. An employee's response to this type of situation is what often divides businesses into the so-so group versus the 5-star group, and Jake did Gladiator Pro Wash proud.

I’m very pleased with the whole experience with our permanent light installation.
The communication with all levels of the company were informative, timely, professional and polite.
We were quoted within a few business days and the installation was within the month from purchase. We were always kept in the loop at all times.
On the day of installation the two gentlemen (Matt and Eric) were right on time, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They were able to beautifully complete installing both stories within the day. They also made sure to clean up beautifully before they left and able to show us how to work the app and its features.
Living in Elora and admiring the lights downtown every year gave us high hopes and Gladiator Pro Wash did not disappoint.
